Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited are currently seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team in our VILA store in Swords. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team. This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work.
The Role
Retail Store Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day to day operations of store
- Achieving Sales and KPI targets
- Motivate the team to achieve sales
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Managing a team and training staff to reach maximum performance
- Stock management
- Marketing and Promotions and Store development
- Promote a harmonious atmosphere for our customers, team and suppliers
- Manage housekeeping to expected standards
- Ensure that procedures and legal requirements pertaining to health, safety, hygiene and security are adhered to and that all necessary procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends
The ideal candidate will possess
- Previous Management experience in fashion
- Good organizational skills with set clear goals
- Excellent communication skills and to the lead the team by example
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong Leadership team management skills
