About the RoleEPS Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join the project team delivering the Drogheda Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified engineer to gain hands‑on experience on a large‑scale wastewater infrastructure project, working alongside experienced engineers, project managers and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior engineers and project managers in the delivery of the Drogheda WWTP upgrade projectAssist with engineering design reviews, technical documentation and drawingsParticipate in site activities including inspections, surveys and construction supportCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal EPS teamsAssist with method statements, risk assessments and compliance documentationSupport monitoring of project progress, schedules and quality standardsAssist with commissioning, testing and handover processesEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standardsMaintain accurate project records and reportsKey Competencies & SkillsEssentialBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related disciplineStrong interest in wastewater treatment, utilities or infrastructure projectsGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiativeFull driving licence (or working towards)DesirablePrevious placement, internship or graduate experience in engineering or constructionKnowledge of wastewater treatment processes or water infrastructureFamiliarity with AutoCAD, MS Project or similar engineering toolsUnderstanding of Irish health & safety requirementsCompensation PackageCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career growthCPD accredited employerA collaborative and supportive work environmentLaptop or desktop and work mobile phone providedFlexible working options, dependent on location and role requirementsSee company website for more information on the benefits of working in EPS GroupEqual Opportunity StatementEPS Group is an equal opportunities employer.
