OverviewMcIntyre O’Brien Solicitors, a leading litigation practice in Donegal, is seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join their busy and dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesThe position will involve a mixed caseload with a strong emphasis on:Criminal Defence: District and Circuit Court appearances, advising clients in custody, and dealing with all aspects of criminal litigation.Family Law: Circuit and District Court family law work including access, guardianship, custody, maintenance, and related applications.Civil Litigation: Involving a variety of contentious matters, including personal injuries, contract disputes, and other general civil claims. The successful candidate will be litigation minded, confident in court advocacy, and capable of managing files from initial consultation through to final resolution.RequirementsQualified Solicitor in Ireland with experience in litigation (criminal, family and/or civil litigation).Full clean driving licence essential, with willingness to travel to courts throughout Donegal.Strong communication and client-care skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.LocationLetterkenny office (with travel to other Donegal courts as required).
