Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waterford. As the Motor Factor Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, develop and maintain customer relationships, and ensure effective team performance. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, driving business growth, and delivering excellent service while maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers and ensure availability of key products to meet customer demands.

Strong management and leadership skills to oversee team performance and operations
Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination
Sales and customer relationship management abilities to drive growth and maintain client satisfaction
Knowledge of the automotive, agricultural, and industrial repair and maintenance sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and team management
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Previous managerial experience in a relevant industry is highly desirable
Proficiency in using relevant software for inventory and business management
