Chef de Partie – South Dublin 4-Star Hotel
Salary: €36,000+ DOE
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established 4-star hotel in South Dublin, for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join their culinary team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to develop their career within a busy, professional kitchen known for delivering high‑quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Manage your designated section efficiently during service
Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures
Support junior kitchen team members and assist with training where required
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain quality and consistency
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or catering environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A passion for fresh, high‑quality food
