We are looking for an accomplishedClient Accountant to join ourClient Accounting teamas part of our financial services business inDublin.
Responsible for the assigned client portfolio which will consist of CLO companies in multiple jurisdictions, and ensuring all of the regulatory obligations are met and filed on a timely manner;
Processing day-to-day accounting transactions, reconciling bank and broker positions, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts and annual financial statements under Irish/UK GAAP and IFRS, audit liaison and client relationship management, with supervision of an AVP or VP;
Responsible for ensuring any tax filings, regulatory and ad-hoc reporting is completed in accordance with regulatory and deal requirements;
Ongoing liaison with the company's auditors, tax advisers, investment manager and collateral administrator to assist with annual audits, tax and other regulatory returns;
