LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a leading Cork based company specialises in delivering cutting-edge digitisation software and solutions for the biopharmaceutical sector.ABOUT THE ROLEGather, analyse, and document business requirements to develop high-level functional designs.Collaborate with client stakeholders to provide strategic insights and drive improvements in people, processes, and technology.Coordinate development efforts with system enhancement and support teams.Develop and execute testing plans and provide functional support to end users.Assist with budget proposals for projects and initiatives.Act as a liaison between the business and Group or Global IT partners to ensure alignment and communication.Present findings, strategies, and updates to senior business or IT leadership.Deliver training sessions on new processes or functionality to ensure successful adoption.Focus on process efficiency by either following standard operating procedures accurately or identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.Develop and document business process designs and strategies for value creation.Support business development efforts, including client engagement preparation, marketing initiatives, and event participation.Contribute to client projects across consulting and product-focused assignments.Develop content related to enterprise architecture, data strategies, and digital transformation frameworks.ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business systems, bioscience, quality, engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience working as a BA, ideally in a Life Science and/or engineering discipline.3 -5 years of experience in the Life Science industry or research and development.Hands-on experience in drug development or production with familiarity in systems like PLM, ERP, MES, RIM, Recipe Management, Lab Automation, or Statistical Analysis.Knowledge of GxP and pharmaceutical industry regulations.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.**Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
