Our client, a leading global marketing execution partner, is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator / Customer Service Executive to join their team in Naas, Co.
Kildare.

You'll be supporting multiple departments – liaising with clients, coordinating with logistics and the warehouse, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing professional and timely responses
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry across internal systems
Support the wider operations and account management teams with administrative tasks
Track and update order status, stock levels, and delivery schedules
Assist in preparing reports and updating client information
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or customer service (ideally within logistics, distribution, or a similar environment)
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
