Our client, a leading global marketing execution partner, is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator / Customer Service Executive to join their team in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day role. You'll be supporting multiple departments – liaising with clients, coordinating with logistics and the warehouse, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing professional and timely responses
* Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry across internal systems
* Support the wider operations and account management teams with administrative tasks
* Track and update order status, stock levels, and delivery schedules
* Assist in preparing reports and updating client information
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration or customer service (ideally within logistics, distribution, or a similar environment)
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
