We are now inviting applications for the position of Systems and Service Manager to join the Frank and Honest Team to support the efficient delivery of the Service & Maintenance contract and the Coffee Replenishment System (Refill).
This position is open to applicantions across Ireland, with travel to Cork when required. Key responsibilities and duties of the role include the following but are not limited to: Track service and maintenance SLA KPIsEnsure delivery of maintenance contract for our retail partnersDeliver reports and insight on SLA and equipment performanceDevelop action plans with Service Partner to attain targets through weekly meetingsTrack underperforming stores and action with the field-based teamEnsure all equipment assets are maintained to deliver optimum performanceRespond to operational requests / support from the wider team and our retailersPoint of escalation for the wider team opposite our Service PartnerExpert point of contact for the team on our coffee equipmentManagement and maintenance of all elements within RefillEnsure metrics are set correctly for consumables and storesEnsure accurate and timely replenishment of consumables for F&H customersMinimise shrink and deliver on cost of sales targetManagement and delivery of all necessary ongoing system development related to RefillManage the end-to-end process of nightly data to ensure vends are processed correctly, working cross functionally with IT dept to action as required.Work with reorder to ensure continuity of supplyDeliver reports and insight on Refill KPI performanceDevelop action plans with the field-based Team to address underperformers.The successful candidates will possess the following: FMCG experience, ideally in retail operational roleProven ability to engage with key stakeholders to deliver KPI's.Experience working cross functionally with central functions and supplier managementAbility to influence change and deliver resultsSystematic problem-solving skillsExceptional communication skillsAnalytical and reporting experience using systems such as Excel, PyramidThis is a 12 month contract
