Job Description:
Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking a Quality Compliance Officer for residential services based in Naas, Kildare.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to support their team with designing and implementing audits in collaboration with the Compliance, Safeguarding, and Risk Manager.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Carrying out audits, setting and reviewing action plans for improvement, and monitoring and reporting on the effective implementation of regulatory compliance
* Leading and participating in quality improvement projects and reporting on the progress of development projects/initiatives in line with project plans
* Maintaining up-to-date electronic data on compliance/quality improvement programmes, and providing reports from the analysis and monitoring of data to track trends, identify risks, and opportunities for improvement

This is a hybrid role with flexibility for working from home and other company locations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care
* A specific qualification in Quality Management and relevant experience in auditing and using quality systems would be beneficial
* Demonstrable experience in Service Delivery in a Social Care setting
* Competencies and skills appropriate for working with persons with an intellectual disability
* Detailed understanding of current policies and developments at national and sectoral levels in relation to Social Care within disability services
* Experience in using and analyzing data to support effective decision-making and monitor progress against service delivery targets
* Strong research, auditing, and analysis skills
* Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
* Full clean Driving License
