* Partner with HR Business Partners and key leaders to identify opportunities for improving organizational performance.
* Create targeted learning programs using design thinking principles and various modalities.
* Manage training initiatives through in-person workshops, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and blended learning formats.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using data-driven methods.
* Foster an inclusive culture by designing programs that align with company values throughout the employee lifecycle.
