Facilities Manager

Realta is partnering with a landmark in Irish luxury retail, to hire an experienced Facilities Manager for their flagship premises.
This is a hands-on role with real impact.
You'll manage all building-related activities — keeping the store and offices safe, compliant, and presented to the highest standard.
From day-to-day maintenance and vendor management to larger refurbishments, you'll balance routine operations with ongoing improvements.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll work closely with senior management and trusted contractors.
You'll need solid budget control skills, a practical understanding of health and safety, and a keen eye for how our physical space supports a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve all facilities and infrastructure
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Oversee third-party vendors and negotiate service contracts
Manage facilities budgets and control costs
Plan and allocate office and retail space for efficiency
Coordinate facilities-related projects, refurbishments, and upgrades
Who We're Looking For
5+ years in a facilities management role, ideally in retail or heritage buildings
Strong grasp of compliance, health and safety, and building regulations
Confident negotiating with contractors and service providers
Good with budgets and reporting
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
