Job Title
A Technical Document Manager is required to oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of accurate and compliant engineering documents.
This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring consistency, managing tools, and upholding quality standards to support product development, compliance, and user understanding.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Technical Documentation department, including all functions, processes, and responsibilities.
* Coordinate technical documentation to ensure compliance with work schedules, project timelines, and contracts.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of Liebherr product technology within the team.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, corporate guidelines, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
* Work with suppliers to obtain sub-supplier documentation.
* Develop and manage the LiRS content editing system.
* Map and optimize the documentation process.
Requirements
* A third-level qualification in engineering.
* 4+ years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a regulated industry within a manufacturing background.
* Experience in developing optimum methods and processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should be proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
