Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor! AXA Assistance is seeking dedicated part-time Customer Service Advisors to provide advice to customers and partners in the provision of emergency vehicle/home assistance services, supporting customers across Ireland, the UK, and beyond. The team is based in Athlone where a flexible, supportive environment is offered.

Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate and professional assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations.
* Coordinate with our trusted network of suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally to ensure swift and effective service.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and partners, guiding them through challenging situations with confidence.
* Manage operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Keep detailed records and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
Requirements / What You’ll Bring
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Appropriate qualifications / accreditations (where necessary)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in English
* Willingness to take initiative to solve problems
* A proven ability to manage conflict and difficult customers
* The ability to work under pressure and to customer deadlines
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Team player with flexibility
* The ability to get things done / deliver results to agreed customer standards
Offer and Benefits
* 23.50 hours per week, with a predictable roster between 9am and 6pm, including every second weekend
* Potential to move to a hybrid model after completing training
* Approx. start date around 21st October
* Competitive salary with shift allowance (hourly range €15.71 – €18.57)
