We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in Dublin City Centre for an experienced Office Coordinator, In this role you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office
This is a Part-Time position with 3 full working days per week. You will be working from home on Mondays and Office based on Tuesday and WednesdaysY - the core business days.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced administrator who is proactive and highly organised
What will I be doing?
- Managing reception area, receiving deliveries and greeting incoming guests
- Ensuring office is kept fully stocked with all necessities
- Managing supplier relationships and sourcing new suppliers where needed
- Handling any facilities related requests in a timely manner and arranging repair and maintenance where needed
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff and visitors
- Helping coordinate internal and external events
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Supporting the HR team with new staff onboarding
What is required of me?
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working with full MS Office suite
- Previous experience managing supplier relationships
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Available for an immediate start
