The Role
We're seeking a motivated and sales-focused Bookings and Events Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll be responsible for converting event inquiries into confirmed bookings across our hotel function rooms, CASK venue, room reservations and Nelligan's Bar & Restaurant, while maximising revenue and building lasting client relationships.
This role is perfect for someone with natural sales ability who thrives on variety - from intimate corporate meetings to 400-person live music events, alternative weddings to seasonal celebrations.

What we are looking for;
* Proven sales experience with track record of achieving targets (any industry)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Natural relationship building ability and genuine interest in helping clients
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
* Full-time availability including some evenings and weekends for events and client meetings
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in events sales, hospitality, or venue management
* Knowledge of corporate event requirements and event planning
* Understanding of live music and entertainment industry
* Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking
* Event coordination or hospitality qualifications
* Adaptable and comfortable selling to diverse market segments
* Problem-solving mindset to overcome booking obstacles
* Team player who collaborates well with events and operations teams
* Passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients
