Job Title: Environmental Monitoring Systems Product Specialist This role involves providing technical knowledge on environmental and energy monitoring solutions, forming key part of sales process in developing long-term customer relationships. It supports new sales opportunities from inquiry stage through to order and includes on-site support for products from commissioning to training. The successful candidate will execute sales action plans & strategies for growth with the environmental and energy monitoring product portfolio. Key responsibilities include expanding our existing strong base of qualified EMS solutions into site wide server/cloud monitoring systems in the Life Sciences sector, growing business in Lab Conditions & Environmental monitoring offering both standard and validated solutions, developing opportunities for Energy monitoring applications across all manufacturing sectors & commercial test labs, working collaboratively with other members of the Industrial Sales team to develop opportunities across full Industrial portfolio, Routine responsibilities: Manage new sales inquiries from quotation stage through sale; Expand opportunities within existing customer base; Monitor existing installations improving customer satisfaction maintaining relationships identifying other potential areas; Provide ongoing technical support for product portfolio using appropriate pipeline management tools consistently effectively supporting goals Maintain clear up-to-date calendar call plans Develop market plan considering lifecycle trends maturity meeting annual supplier targets Managingsupplier relations Developing solid knowledge competitors customers suppliers Adhere Standard Operating Procedures Support Marketing team technology-based campaigns suitable exhibitions conferencessimilar promotion publication purposes applicable events further extensive information
