Excel Recruitment are searching for an Accommodation Manager for a Four Star hotel in Galway.
We are seeking applications from experienced Accommodation Managers and Assistant Accommodation Managers for one of our clients in Galway city.
Requirements of Accommodation Manager:
1. Minimum 2 years experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level in a four or five star property
2. In-depth understanding of the complexities of managing a busy accommodation department and proven track record of ability to lead, train and delegate a team of staff
3. Excellent communication skills, to ensure all rooms are maintained at the highest level of quality for discerning guests
4. Strong IT skills
5. Attention to detail and a passion for excellence
