Our client, a leading name in the food manufacturing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join their production team in Naas.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team within the high-risk production area, ensuring targets and standards are met.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Support and coordinate production schedules to achieve output and quality objectives.
Operate and assist with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting as required.
Maintain clear communication with production management and other departments.
Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times.
Requirements
Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or similar high-risk environment.
Experience operating or overseeing machinery in a production setting is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as overtime.

Hours
For training purposes this will be Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:30pm approx (Overtime available on Saturdays).
Evening shift will commence in September so candidates will be required to move to evening shift Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 11pm.
