Requirements:
* A degree in Biopharma or Life Sciences is required, along with 8+ years of experience in vaccine or biopharma DP/DS manufacturing.
* Proven leadership skills, with ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across multiple functions.
