The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our professional and friendly kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants to take ownership of their role, develop their skills, and work creatively within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute food preparation to the highest standard.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Ensure HACCP compliance and uphold excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of kitchen operations in a busy restaurant setting.
* Maintain clear communication with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Ability to cope well under pressure.
* Strong communication skills.
* Genuine passion and enthusiasm for food and cooking.
