Job Advert: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Brightpath Healthcare is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the leadership of our dynamic home healthcare company. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our executive team while contributing to the strategic growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the efficient running of the CEO's office, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive management team to support the execution of strategic goals.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, maintaining records, and following up on action items.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

What We're Looking For

* Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role within a fast-paced, scaling business environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Experience handling confidential information and maintaining discretion.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
* A background in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
* Must possess a valid driver's license.
