Dispensing Optician Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dispensing Optician to join our team, contributing to delivering exceptional patient care and driving the practice forward.
The role involves providing good levels of customer service, liaising with optometrists to ensure consistent quality handovers, managing aftersales service in a customer-focused manner, and contributing to achievement of individual and team sales targets through effective professional sales techniques.
As a qualified and CORU registered Dispensing Optician, you will be responsible for priding yourself on clinical judgment, adopting a hands-on approach, and building rapport with the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring high-quality interactions with patients
* Liaise with optometrists to deliver consistent quality handovers, promoting seamless communication and efficient workflow
* Manage aftersales service in a customer-centric manner, addressing complaints and problem-solving effectively
* Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets by applying effective professional sales techniques
