We're looking for a Training & Quality Coordinator to support the way our studio works — behind the scenes, but at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
This role is about creating clarity, consistency, and care across training, processes, and quality standards, ensuring the foundations of our studio are as considered as the interiors we design. You'll work closely with designers, project teams, and studio leadership to support learning, uphold standards, and help our studio run smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Co-ordinate onboarding and inductions for new starters, interns, and freelancers
* Organize and administer internal and external training
* Maintain training records, competencies, and studio learning resources
* Support and maintain studio standards, processes, and templates
* Assist with quality reviews, audits, and continuous improvement
* Document workflows and best practices clearly and accessibly
* Coordinate workshops, reviews, and training sessions
* Liaise with external trainers, consultants, and accreditation bodies
What We're Looking For
* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication
* Experience in an administrative, coordination, training, or quality-focused role
* Confidence working within a design-led or project-based environment
* A calm, methodical approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bonus if you have:
* Experience in an interiors, architecture, or design studio
* Familiarity with studio workflows, project stages, or specifications
* Experience with quality systems, audits, or accreditation
* An interest in how creative work is delivered and supported

Visa Status:You must be fully registered to work in Ireland/EU, with all required visas, stamps, permit etc in place to work full time in Ireland.
