We are looking to add a new member to our office in Blarney. The role will require a person who has strong communication skills and is comfortable multitasking. We are a Recovery Services Business and this role is to help us ensure we bring a consistent and reliable service to our customers.
What the job involves:
Operations:
* Being responsible for incoming enquiries by phone, email and online bookings from companies
* Using Apex to input job information
* Allocating all jobs to the relevant driver
* Issuing of paperwork and collection of monies due
Administration:
* Keeping customer information up to date
* Keeping fleet maintenance records for all our vehicles up to date
* Keeping records in order for truck inspections
* Keeping certification of equipment in date and on file
* General administration and ad hoc administration duties
What we're looking for:
* Strong computer skills - training of our Company Software Package Apex will be provided, experience in Apex would be an advantage
* Good telephone manner
* Full Clean Driving Licence
* A background in Recovery or similar would be an advantage
* A good customer service attitude.
* Very strong communication and listening skill
* Attention to detail.
* Fluent English (spoken & written).
