This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to design, build, and scale a high-impact B2B sales organization within a fast-growing, tech-enabled hospitality environment. You will own the full sales strategy, driving revenue growth across corporate, group, and extended-stay segments while building a best-in-class team and operating model. Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, you will align sales execution with broader commercial, marketing, and operational goals. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on deal-making, offering broad influence over market expansion and brand positioning. You will lead from the front, securing key national and enterprise accounts while embedding scalable systems and processes. Accountabilities:

* Architect, build, and lead a high-performing sales organization, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
* Define and execute the corporate and group sales strategy to deliver ambitious revenue and growth targets.
* Personally source, negotiate, and close high-impact national and enterprise accounts across priority segments.
* Establish scalable sales processes, forecasting models, reporting cadences, and accountability frameworks.
* Drive disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and data-driven performance reviews.
* Collaborate closely with revenue management, marketing, operations, and distribution to ensure end-to-end commercial alignment.
* Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic partner engagements.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in hospitality or travel-industry B2B sales, with deep expertise in corporate account management and leadership.
* Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams.
* Demonstrated success securing and growing national or enterprise-level accounts.
* Strong operational rigor, forecasting expertise, and comfort with performance analytics and KPIs.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
* Bonus points for experience across traditional hotels and alternative accommodations, extended-stay programs, and multi-market enterprise sales.
