Key Responsibilities Lead and support the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation to support delivery teams. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Translate business objectives into clear operational and functional deliverables. Drive project planning, governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery tracking activities. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiency improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. Manage timelines, dependencies, priorities, and delivery milestones in a fast-moving environment. Support Agile delivery practices and work closely with product and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Required 7+ years experience within Business Analysis and/or Project Management roles. Strong experience writing detaileduser stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements documentation. Proven track record delivering business and technology projects within fast-paced or complex environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across varying seniority levels. Experience managing projects from initiation through to delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities. Comfortable operating within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Desirable Experience Experience within scaling technology businesses, financial services, professional services, or regulated environments. Familiarity with project governance frameworks and PMO standards. Exposure to business transformation and change initiatives. Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools. Knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis techniques. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, CBAP, or equivalent are advantageous. Education Third-level qualification in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred. Why This Role?
