Maintenance OfficerLocation: BelfastContract: Full-time, 5 days, working hours TBCA great opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join a public‑sector facilities team supporting a maintenance team in Belfast City Centre. This plays a vital part in ensuring our residential properties remain safe and functional.The post involves working an irregular shift pattern (5 over 7 days), with 8‑hour shifts and occasional out-of-hours call-outs. Please note: no overnight working is required.Key Responsibilities1.
