The Role
We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Operations Manager to take ownership of our Shopify store and lead its next stage of growth. This hands-on role involves managing daily e-commerce operations, maintaining accurate product listings and stock levels, overseeing fulfilment, and scaling digital performance through smart systems and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the Shopify e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Upload and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, and images.
* Monitor and reconcile inventory levels between online and physical stores.
* Oversee order fulfilment, ensuring consistent packaging standards and timely delivery.
* Analyse KPIs, sales reports, and trends to inform strategy and optimise performance.
* Plan and execute online promotions and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Develop and maintain efficient systems for stock control, returns, and reporting.
* Build, train, and manage a small e-commerce operations team.
* Work with Directors on planning, budgeting, and scaling the online business.
* Uphold brand standards across all digital touchpoints.
About You
* Minimum 2–4 years' experience in e-commerce management or retail operations.
* Shopify experience is essential.
* Strong technical and operational understanding of online retail.
* Organised, analytical, and confident with data, inventory, and reporting.
* A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and leadership skills.
* Capable of managing both detail and direction — from product uploading to strategic planning.
