Project Manager - Construction Site
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction site operations.
* Manage day-to-day site activities from initiation to completion.
* Coordinate and lead site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee material procurement and delivery scheduling.
* Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate project documentation.
* Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and the project team.
* Liaise with utility providers and local authorities as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management role.
* Strong knowledge of groundworks, services installation, and construction sequencing.
* Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate trades, and maintain site organisation.
* Experience working to Irish Government standards and liaising with others on site.
* Demonstrated ability to enforce safety standards and quality assurance.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and project documentation.
