Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Psychotherapist. As a Psychotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing holistic assessment and direct support to service-users.
Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing evidence-based interventions, and providing professional reports to support service-user needs. You will also be responsible for assisting students/service-users in setting personal goals, preparing for individual action plans, and identifying social, emotional, and cognitive needs.
In addition, you will provide training, guidance, and supervision to staff, Rehabilitation Officers, and Trainee Psychologists to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will also contribute to service evaluation, risk management, research, and policy development to ensure high-quality psychological services and evidence-based practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant Master's and/or Doctorate level, professional qualification in Psychology recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society.
* Chartered membership (or eligible for) with the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society.
* At least 3 years work experience in the field of Learning Disability/Autism/Mental Health/Physical or Sensory Disability.
