Change Management Professional
A Change Management Consultant is required for a hybrid/remote role on an initial 12-month contract.
The Change Management Consultant will collaborate closely with the Organizational Development (OD) Lead in establishing and enhancing the change management methodology and tools. This role will be pivotal in driving change initiatives, setting up a robust Community of Practice (CoP), and equipping trainers with the skills necessary to sustain change efforts across the organization.
