What you’ll do...
Lead and coordinate a team of business developers and business analyst to deliver automation projects for Trading.
Project management: Ensure project phases are defined, agreed and followed to identify, validate, plan, build and land automation and trading algorithm projects. Ensure projects are delivered against the automation roadmap and meet the agreed targets.
Team coordination: Provide day to day management of the team including setting goals & carrying out regular performance management reviews. Manage the prioritization, execution, monitoring and controlling of all issues and change requests using an agile methodology.
Stakeholders engagement: Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across the business to assess automation opportunities, to deliver at pace and to maintain sustainable solutions.
Quality Control: Ensure all processes are reviewed by the team and pass Quality Assurance before anything is pushed to our production environment.
Coordination across departments: Work closely with central automation team, to bring best practices and shared learnings to the trading division.
How you will do it...
Automation experience: Understanding of automation solutions and opportunities, and has worked in automation, transformation or process reengineering.
Relationship Building: Strong collaboration is crucial with heightened influencing and organizational skills, able to work cross-functionally within a global business.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate at different levels.
Team Management & Leadership: Can influence and develop a team to deliver strong scalable solutions at pace. Can identify and coach future leaders in automation.
Project Management: Organized, own the delivery and planning of the solution. Meet deadlines and overcome roadblocks.
Curiosity & Passion in Technology: Adaptability to new technologies and stays up to date with what is available on the market.
Ambition and resilience: Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
What would set you apart
Technology and/or Consulting background: Ideally previous experience in consulting and technology environment.
Technical expertise: Background and knowledge in technology and their used cases in particular Robotic Process Automation, generative AI, Machine Learning, Simulation models.
Delivery Methodologies: Knowledge and / or experience in a wide range of delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.. and how to implement
