A global leader in premium spirits is seeking a Business Developer to drive brand growth across Dublin’s most dynamic on-trade scene. The Role
You’ll take the lead in expanding market presence across Dublin City Centre, targeting premium accounts, high-profile groups, and luxury hotels. The core focus is securing pouring deals that drive long-term value while building strong partnerships with both operators and wholesale partners.
Working closely with commercial teams and distributors, you’ll bring premium spirits to life through tailored activations, strategic negotiations, and commercially smart agreements that put iconic brands at the centre of Dublin’s nightlife.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and expand relationships with bar groups and premium hotels.
* Secure and structure pouring deals to increase brand visibility and long-term distribution.
* Partner with leading wholesalers to maximise reach.
* Deliver brand activations, visibility campaigns, and trade-up programmes that elevate the premium portfolio.
* Proactively identify new opportunities, opening accounts and driving commercial wins in the city centre.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in on-trade business development within the spirits or premium drinks industry.
* Demonstrated success negotiating pouring deals with groups and premium venues.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure win–win agreements.
* Established relationships in Dublin’s on-trade market.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about building premium brands.
