INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE | SANTRY | PERMANENT | Our client located in Santry are searching for an Inside Sales Executive to join their team permanently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company who encourages and offer career progression within their team. This role is fully office based with review of hybrid working pattern once probation period is complete. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Please note there is on-site parking and access to local public transport nearby. THE ROLE| Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for key duties in the Sales Order Processing Team, coordinating and processing orders whilst providing excellent customer service via telephone and email correspondence. RESPONSIBILITIES| Handle incoming calls/ emails and process orders efficiently and accurately on internal SAP system, ensuring clients are provided with a first-class professional service Contacting potential and existing customers with offers and product info via telephone To correspond and liaise directly with customers providing product information and pricing Keep records of calls and sales on internal systems REQUIREMENTS| Previous three years experience in a telesales or other sales/customer service role Previous experience in coordinating customer orders in an administrative setting Excellent communication and attention to detail skills Strong IT skills including Excel and Word along with previous experience working with in-house consignment systems, experience with SAP would be an advantage The ability to work well under pressure and to deliver high levels of service excellence WHAT NEXT? | If you're seeking an exciting new opportunity to join a fantastic team and gain experience for continued career growth, send your CV to Lisa in the Dublin Branch for immediate consideration.
