Content Moderator

A content moderator's role is to ensure that online platforms remain safe and respectful environments for users. To achieve this, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage and resolve user inquiries, reports of abuse, and other community-related issues.

About the Role:

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user reports and resolve inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner;
* Become knowledgeable about products and community standards to provide accurate support;
* Maintain a strong understanding of market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify scalable solutions;
* Analyze data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience;
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse and reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality;
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions;
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

About You:

* Key Qualifications:
* Familiarity with working in an office environment is preferable;
* Strong personal resilience, high adaptability, and positive approach to challenges;
* Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and work as part of a team;
* Effective time management & prioritization skills, ability to consistently hit KPIs on time;
* Fluent in market language and English, cultural understanding of the market;
* Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working; passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience;
* Flexible in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects to work on;
* Ability to learn new information in a short period of time;
* Eligible to work in Ireland full-time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European).
