As a Planned Maintenance (PM) FE, you will work with a team of multinational FEs and local TEL engineers responsible for the execution of the fleet of customer PMs on Dry Etch tools at our Key customer.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute planned preventative maintenance (PM): Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks to optimize equipment performance and extend asset lifespan.
* Maintain quality standards: Ensure all work is undertaken to the highest possible standard and adheres to all quality regulations and specifications.
* Uphold "green-to-green" performance: Take ownership of minimizing equipment downtime by performing maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring assets are returned to operational status within agreed-upon service levels.
* Diagnose and resolve issues: Efficiently diagnose equipment faults and perform necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner. Document the root cause and remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
* Utilize maintenance management systems: Accurately log all completed maintenance activities, asset updates, and spare parts usage .
* Participate in continuous improvement: Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities and proactively identify potential hazards or recurring issues that could impact quality or uptime.
* Manage materials: Assess and manage the spares and materials required to complete work effectively, ordering additional items as needed.
* Adhere to safety protocol: Champion all company health and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Permit to Work systems.
* Support other teams: Collaborate effectively onsite customer and TEL SVC Teams
Skills and qualifications
* Previous experience on TEL dry Etch tools (at least 18 months exp) and associate's degree in engineering or equivalent training.
* Strong technical aptitude with advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills for mechanical, electrical, and systems issues.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship to ensure maintenance is completed to a durable, lasting standard.
* Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complete tasks within deadline-driven timeframes and be proactive.
* Willingness and Capability to work both independently, and as part of a team.
* Excellent customer focus (both internal & external customers).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues, managers, and contractors.
* Good reporting skills.
* Must be able to work on a rotational shift pattern and be available for on-call duties to respond to emergency breakdowns.
* Fluency in English is essential.
