We are looking for someone with phone or receptionist experience that is looking for a Monday to Friday job, fully remote. No sales calls or cold calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may change over time, the primary responsibilities and focus areas for this role will include the following:
* Managing incoming and outgoing communications effectively; calls, emails, webchat, WhatsApp
* Effectively scheduling appointments
* Consistently provide excellent customer service on all contacts.
* Meet and exceed all operational KPI's whilst working on the phone and/or email.
* Making a great impression of our company, by being friendly, professional and helpful to all customers at all times.
* Doing any other relevant tasks that your line manager requires.
The candidate should have the following:
* Ideally a minimum of 1 year call centre customer service or receptionist experience.
* Excellent written and oral English and communication skills.
