Project Manager Role
This is an opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to lead projects that involve equipment upgrades and investments in tablet manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project life cycles, from initiation to closeout.
* Complete front-end studies with end-users to determine the most appropriate technical solution and develop business cases, budgets, and schedules.
* Manage design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases of the project.
* Lead cross-functional client project teams.
* Implement project scheduling and cost control, with regular reporting to key stakeholders.
* Manage project changes and ensure they are captured, documented, and assessed.
* Promote a strong safety culture and performance in capital project execution.
* Validate project deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant degree in science or engineering discipline.
* Experience working in client-side Capital Projects execution roles.
* End-to-end Project Life-cycle experience.
* Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and projects in GMP Manufacturing Environment.
* Understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements of Pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* 8-10 years of project management/engineering experience across project life-cycle within Pharmaceutical environment.
