This is a contract role based in Dublin, Ireland, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing diaries and mailboxes, and coordinating logistics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have strong Microsoft Office application skills.

In addition, they will have good writing skills, with the ability to take minutes to a high standard, and possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to senior members of the team, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.

* Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements as required.

* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
