Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner in their day-to-day activities. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our team and make a significant contribution to the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner, including diary management, travel arrangements, email management, and document production.
* Schedule meetings, board meetings, committee meetings, and partner meetings, including associated events.
* Take meeting minutes and notes, and share and store appropriate documents.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong track record of providing executive-level support in a professional services environment.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines, competing tasks, and stakeholders at once.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels within the firm.
* A professional and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all skills.
