Accounts Administrator Position

We are seeking an ambitious Accounts Administrator interested in pursuing their accountancy exams and looking to grow and develop within the company as they progress through their studies.
* Manage the Accounts Payable function (excluding main supplier accounts)
* Input, process, and reconcile supplier and consultant's invoices and payments
* Allocate payments and resolve differences with suppliers in a timely manner
* Assist with processing of main suppliers' accounts
* Input and reconciliation of transactions on Credit Card Accounts
* Support with month-end financials and progress to process a full set of monthly accounts with training and support provided
Key Requirements:
* A business or part-qualified /accounting technician qualification (or equivalent)
* 3-5 years of experience working within a professionally managed business
* Significant experience in accounts payable
* Previous experience of using an accounts package
