Location: Sligo or Cavan Type: Full-time Work Model: Hybrid after training What you'll do: Manage the end-to-end process of commercial insurance claims.
Register and maintain accurate claim records, review policies, medical records, and other documentation.
Liaise with underwriters, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
Provide timely updates and reports to clients on claim progress.
Support account directors in delivering exceptional client service.
Work collaboratively with your team to meet client needs and maintain compliance standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Who we're looking for: APA qualified - is a must Some claims handling experience - is a must Commercial Insurance experience Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Team player who can provide exceptional client service.
Demonstrates good technical knowledge of commercial insurance claims.
