You would be joining a team of tax professionals focussed on delivering high qualitypersonaltax compliance services. As aDirectoryou will support the existing team in building compliance business for the firm, leading and delivering compliance services and developing and managing teams.What does this role offer?This role islocatedat our Kilkenny office.As Director, you will play a key role in the ongoing operation and coordination of our compliance business with an emphasis on providing high quality corporate tax compliance services, relationshipmanagementand process excellence.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead and manage a challenging,evolvingand varied client portfolio forpersonaltax compliance.Assistwith the management and delivery of compliance services to ensureoptimalresource scheduling and process efficiency that exploits current technologies to maximum potential.Contribute to the strategic agenda for the future of ourpersonaltax compliance services.Proactive management of a portfolio of clients including financial and risk management.Embrace the digital evolution in our business to drive process excellence through continuous improvement,leveraginglatest tools/digital automation.Motivatetheteam to perform at their best, make a difference and deliver results, while providing mentorship and guidance allowing them to stretch to their full potential.Work on attracting,developingandretainingthe best talents for the firm.Contribute to business development and proposals for new compliance businessBring business knowledge,innovationand insight to create value for clients and the firm.Development of your own career:Our high performing team can provide you with exciting projects, meaningful clientinteractionsand the support to develop your career.
