As a Social Care Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support, contributing to the daily operations of the service, and ensuring each individual is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Key Requirements: Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant discipline Strong understanding of person-centred care and keyworking Experience and knowledge of risk assessments and safeguarding vulnerable adults Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures Understanding of Children First guidelines and procedures Full, clean manual driving license What You Can Expect: Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop professionally within a supportive, energetic, and committed team.
