We are looking for a qualified, highly professional, and ambitious Dermal Clinicians to join our expanding team. Here, you will join like-minded team members where you will grow and develop in a business that prides itself on high standards and excellence. As a Dermal Clinician you will work with Market Leading Technology. In this role you will provide care and treatment with emphasis on skin, dermatology conditions and their management, psychology, and general anatomy and physiology. You will perform advanced laser treatments.

What you will be doing;
Perform a range of advanced treatments across Laser Hair Removal, Body and Skin treatments
Be an ambassador for Clinic, providing an enthusiastic and memorable client experience at all times
Keep up to date with product knowledge, educating and informing yourself on new product and services available and introducing these to your clients. create a partnership by sharing your treatment plan with your client, educate and link recommended homecare across all brands.
Drive sales across the clinic through upselling and crossing selling of product and services, ensuring KPIs are achieved
Front of House duties which include customer service, stock management and merchandising standards
Ensure the health and safety of clients at all times when performing treatments
Providing expert advice to clients and full product and service offering
Nursing Degree with laser experience.
Experience with sales and targets.
Flexibility - hours include evenings and weekends on a rotating basis (alternating weekends off)
People orientated – friendly, positive demeanour with strong communication skills.
A genuine passion for aesthetics.
Be able to work as a part of a team and also under own initiative.
Reliable, hardworking and ability to work in a busy fast paced environment.
Sales focused and experience with targets.
