We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Brand Manager to join us as we accelerate the growth of the Pepsi brand in Ireland.
You'll be joining the team at an exciting phase of the brand's development, with an opportunity to lead breakthrough marketing plans that deliver penetration growth.
You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager to create and execute the brand strategy for Ireland as we embark on establishing ourselves as the No1 Cola, working in collaboration with our agencies and bottling partner, Britvic Ireland.

ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for creating and executing the local brand strategy for Pepsi.
Ensuring plans are rooted in clear consumer insight, data driven performance analysis and a deep understanding of the local cola consumer.Lead the communication and activation planning for the brand, based on clear understating of consumer / shopper triggers & barriers to trial along the path to purchase, to unlock sales and build long-term brand equity.You'll work closely with our bottling partner, Brtivic-Ireland to ensure shopper and trade customers have full end-to-end plans.Lead the brand calendar and collaborate strongly with bottling partner, to ensure flawless, timely and commercially strong in market execution.Work closely with agency teams to develop comms and activations against key brand programmes.
Writing inspirational briefs rooted in consumer insight, aligning the team on recommended creative routes and providing concise & constructive feedback, as required.Collaborate with key cross-functional partners - Commercialisation, Consumer Insights, Shopper Marketing and Supply Chain.Manage A&M budget, ensuring most efficient budget deployment, to unlock brand opportunities across the year.Support the local packaging development process.You'll be the No.1 brand advocate, promoting the brand and its campaigns internally and externally through PR, social posting, award submissions.QualificationsConsumer marketing experience.Strong consumer understanding and brand building skills - understanding consumer insights to help build stronger activations and campaigns.End-to-end consumer campaign experience, including promo activation & NPD launches.Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities.Commercially savvy – knowing the commercial basics to work independently with the Britvic-Ireland to drive the commercial agenda.Project management – proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes.Experience of engaging and leading cross functional teams, internal and external partners.Leading external agencies to develop and deliver winning marketing plans & content.Budget Management experience.Why Join Us?
