Lead Contract Manager, Strategic Accounts
The Strategic Accounts team at HubSpot works with our highest‑paying and Lighthouse customers to help them achieve extraordinary growth through education, business consulting and delight.
As a Lead Contract Manager you will manage customer contracts, handle renewals and inquiries, maximize customer investment, and provide a positive experience throughout the renewal process. You will also forecast, drive process improvements, mentor colleagues, and support strategic initiatives.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
* Negotiate value‑driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience.
* Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive incremental opportunities.
* Work with Sales, Customer Success, Legal and Management teams to execute the contract renewal process.
* Establish cooperative working relationships with customers.
* Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues.
* Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by piloting new processes and playbooks.
* Mentor less experienced Contract Managers to develop best practices and new skills.
* Assist with projects, pilots and strategic initiatives across the Contract Management and Customer Success organization.
* Improve forecast accuracy and consistency.
* Build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop a deep understanding of SaaS economics.
* Deliver best‑in‑class service to up‑market customers (200+ employees).
* Partner with customers to understand how best to help them achieve their goals and solve challenges.
We Are Looking For People Who
* Speak Spanish, Italian and English (Trilingual).
* Have 5+ years of experience in contract or renewal management.
* Have experience working with Legal teams on complex contract specifications.
* Have experience with large organizations (200+ employees).
* Are passionate about creating a great customer experience.
* Consistently over‑perform against targets and other primary metrics.
* Make significant contributions beyond day‑to‑day responsibilities through mentorship, initiative or project participation.
