We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare tenancy agreements, contracts, and other property documents by ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage property files, CRM updates, and viewing/maintenance scheduling efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with property legislation through effective RTB registrations.
* Upload property listings and maintain social media accounts to showcase our properties.
* Support rent collection, contractor payments, and financial record-keeping processes.
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to foster strong relationships.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' administrative experience is essential for this role.
* Previous experience in property or lettings is highly advantageous.
* The ability to prioritize tasks, maintain organization, and demonstrate attention to detail is crucial.
* Clear, professional communication skills are vital for success in this position.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with CRM and social media skills being a significant advantage.
* Familiarity with RTB, BER certs, and property regulations will be beneficial.
