Membership Events & Projects Coordinator Full-time, Permanent | Dublin 7 - Hybrid (3 days onsite) A respected membership and educational body based in Dublin 7 is seeking an experienced and confident Membership Events & Projects Coordinator to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to play a central role in the delivery of high-profile events and the smooth running of specialist professional groups. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of office-based collaboration and remote working. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple stakeholders including senior professionals with highexpectations and bring a calm, organised approach to managing a varied workload. Key Responsibilities: Provide secretariat support to several specialist professional associations, including organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions. Coordinate and support a wide range of events, including member seminars, breakfast briefings, conferences, and public events, delivered in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Handle event logistics from concept through to completion, manage registration systems, and communications with attendees and speakers. Assist with marketing and promotional activity for events, using digital platforms and internal communication channels. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with members, internal colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of all projects. About You: 35 years experience in a similar role within a professional or membership-based setting. Strong background in event planning and execution. Experience providing secretariat support, i.e. organising meetings, taking minutes, sending agendas, following up on next actions, etc. Experience in a legal environment (e.g. law firm or legal secretary role) is advantageous. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing demanding personalities with professionalism and poise. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills including Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and event platforms. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
